InSite Property Management's Property Maintenance team is responsible for providing timely and cost-effective maintenance services for all properties in our portfolio. We strive to keep our properties in excellent condition and compliant with all applicable regulations. We offer contracts for repairs, maintenance, remodeling, or improvements (labor & materials not to exceed $5,000). Any repairs, maintenance, remodeling, or improvements over $200 (single-family unit or condo) or $500 (multi-family or residential over 4 units) will require owner approval prior to any work being initiated.
